The governing body of Shandon Presbyterian Child Development Center is called the CDC Ministry and consists of the following members:
- Chair (an elder)
- Chair-elect (an elder)
- Associate Pastor for Discipleship
- Director of Children's Ministry
- CDC Director
- Business Manager
- 2 Teacher Representatives
- 2 Parent Representatives
- One additional church member, recruited by the Ministry members
With the exception of the Associate Pastor, the Director of Children's Ministry, the CDC Director, and the Business Manager, members volunteer for two-year terms.
The CDC Ministry meets every other month and communicates frequently in the interim.
